Following a request to the World Organisation for Animal Health from the Government of Rwanda a Follow-Up Evaluation of the Veterinary Services based on the PVS (Performance of Veterinary Services) methodology was conducted by a team of three independent certified PVS evaluators from 15 – 26 July 2019.
