Simulation Exercises

This page is used to disseminate on the web announcements received from WOAH Members on disease introduction simulation exercises taking place in their countries and/or other territories.

These simulation exercises are also disseminated to WOAH Delegates and to subscribers of the WAHIS distribution list.

Most of the time, these simulation exercises are meant to test and practice, based on an established national contingency plan. To consult the webpage on national contingency plans, click here.

WOAH encourages its Members to share their experiences in the preparation of generic and/or disease-specific national contingency plans.

For more information, or to submit a new simulation exercise to WOAH, please contact the World Animal Health Information and Analysis Department via WAHIS Support, making sure to select the Category ‘Generic assistance’ and the Sub-category ‘Simulation exercises’.
